The name Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez was founded by Lithuineth Zilvagee, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Overview
Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez was founded durring the late 13th century in spring of the year 1195, by Lithuineth Zilvagee. The establishment of Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez's construction back out of the project. Lithuineth Zilvagee pushed on reguardles, and Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of spacious canals streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's minimaly adiquite are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
A look around Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez shows Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez as a den of corruption. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is. The town has another layer to it as well. Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez's natural decorations nor waterways.
Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez's citizens locals enjoy many vices and lustful appetites. They may have religious sanction for their deeds, or neighbors might trade with them for such things, or they could be followers of some ideology that blesses such pursuits. Their economy or their social organization is usually heavily reliant on such traffic, and to ensure its continuance they may have made bargains with various mortal and immortal powers.
Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.
In Vlo̠s Bre̜ Kez sometimes, near one of the seasonal solstices, the sun appears to split into three and it rains from a clear sky for several hours.
